Once you place your order, please wait to receive a pick up notification before retrieving your package.
Once you've received your pick up notification, visit Past Lives Thrift at 475 Somerset St W in Centretown to get your package.
Past Lives is typically open 12-6 Wednesday-Saturday, 12-5 Sunday. Make sure to double check their opening hours before popping in. Once you arrive at Past Lives, tell Alex (the lovely owner) the name associated with your pick up order and she will get it for you.
Important Notes
- You no longer need to book an appointment to retrieve your package
- Once you’ve received your pick up notification, you’re good to head to Past Lives
- Orders not picked up within 60 days will be considered abandoned and resold
